Incompatible or Damaged Cartridge
The printer does not recognize one or both of the installed ink cartridges.
Recommended solution
Open the cartridge access door and remove the blinking cartridge. Verify that the pink plastic tape and clear adhesive residue are fully removed from the contacts. Check the cartridge number (e.g., HP 67) against your printer manual to ensure compatibility. Gently insert the cartridge, pressing firmly until it clicks, and close the access door.
