Carriage Stall / Jam
An internal physical obstacle is stalling the carriage, or the carriage latch is open.
Recommended solution
Lift the top cover to open the cartridge access area. Ensure the cartridge latch is pushed completely down and locked. Check for paper obstructions under and around the carriage. Gently slide the carriage from side to side manually while powered off.
