Scanner Glass/Cables Failure
The scanner assembly cannot calibrate or find its home position.
Recommended solution
Turn the printer off, then disconnect the power cord. Clean the scanner glass with a glass cleaner sprayed onto a cloth. Pay attention to the thin white strip on the left margin. Perform a hard power reset to re-initialize the calibration sequence.
