Printer Setup State Error
The printer setup was interrupted or the instant ink cartridges require setup completion.
Recommended solution
Open the HP Smart app on your phone. If the printer is listed, delete it and select "Add New Printer". Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the back of the printer for 5 seconds to reset it to setup mode. Follow the mobile app prompts to link the printer to your HP account and complete the setup.
