Printhead Not Installed
The G7020 printhead (BH-7 or CH-7) is either missing, not locked down, or has dirty copper contact pads.
Recommended solution
Lift the scanner module to open the print cover. Open the carriage cover joint locks, reseat both the Black and Color printheads, press the blue joint locks down completely, and push the printhead lock buttons until they click.
